Architectural review
Many St. Johns County neighborhoods, especially master-planned communities, require architectural approval before exterior work begins. Our 3D renderings and plans give a review board a clear picture of what is proposed.
Coastal conditions
Closer to the ocean, salt air and wind are hard on metals and finishes. We specify materials that are made for it.
Heat and storms
Shade, cooler decking, and drainage that can handle a summer downpour are part of the design, not afterthoughts.
